UBER EATS | SOCIAL RESPONSE LAB CASE STUDY

When Uber Eats sponsored the Australian Open Tennis Tournament, they tasked advertising agency RGA with the challenge of responding to the mass hype on social media in real time. The Social Response Lab consisted of a team of creatives, producers, illustrators and animators who worked together continuously over the 14 days and nights of the tournament, posting 1000s of real time social responses. The case study succeeded in changing conversations from tennis to food, just in time for dinner!
